BALKIMO named leasing agent of the ABA Tower in Tirana

BALKIMO has been chosen as the leasing agent for the biggest Business Center in Albania, the ABA Business Center.

The ABA Business Center is located at Lek Dukagjini Street, in the Southern part of the Tirana city centre. It covers a catchments area among the American, Italian and Dutch Embassies, and between the 5 –star Sheraton and Rogner Hotels.

DESCRIPTION:
The ABA Business Center is composed of 21 floors above the ground level and 3 underground floors. ABA has a total space of 28’000 m² and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2008.
Its facilities will feature 9’168 m2 of office space for lease starting from the 7th floor to the 17th floor where each floor could host a maximum of 7 offices. On the 18th and 19th floor there will be 14 high end furnished apartments ranging from 75 to 175 m2 also for lease. The ABA Business Center will host 5 floors of Retail units, food courts including a fine dinning restaurant on the 20th floor and many other leisure facilities. The center will offer more than 1’200 Parking spaces for its customers.
